Atlantic County Umpires Association

     The Atlantic County Umpires Association (ACUA) is a High School Baseball & Softball organization sanctioned by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) and the National Federation of High School Sports (NFHS).  The ACUA is tasked with umpiring high school baseball and softball to the Cape Atlantic League and the Tri County League.   All of the ACUA members have been trained under an approved NJSIAA and NFHS academy.  All umpires must meet a pass a standard test given by the NFHS and consistent on field evaluations.  

    ACUA members umpire baseball and softball for several organizations including but not limited to High School Baseball / Softball, Hedelt Tournament, Diamond Classic, Carpenter Cup Baseball / Softball, Atlantic County Baseball League, Babe Ruth, CAL Middle Schools, Little League, Regional & National tournaments, Tri-State Elite, NJ Independent Baseball, Over 30 Men's league and many more.  ACUA is a well diversified organization that handles Youth and Adult baseball and softball in Southern New Jersey and beyond for over 60 years.

     A portion of our members also umpire at the college level for NCAA Division I, II, III and NJCAA in both Baseball and Softball as well as various semi-pro, Cape Cod, Nantuckett  league, ASA, USSSA, Pony, Various co-ed & mens leagues.  You're likely to find an ACUA member umpiring throughout the tri-state area and beyond.
